What a day 4 in my Fat, Slow and Delusional journey!
What I learnt:

2. VIsceral fat reduction of 48% within 12 weeks of a low carb diet on athletes who original had 12% body fat. Showing how we can be skinny but unhealthy
How Was Yesterday:
2 hour cycle nice and easy and I broke my water fast (just too hungry) with 300g mince and 50g of bacon 🙂
What is on today:
7km Easy Run and I am slow cooking a topside roast now with bone broth…. yum (around 500g of meat, 25g butter and stock)
Feeling good, upset I weighed in at 84.3kg thou…. annoying
Anything else?
THE PLAN! yes, I broke my aspiration down into three goals/objectives and then some required outputs to make those objectives.
