Fat Slow and Delusional Ironman vlog day two. Whoohooo
I am trying to get the message across (while panting) that I have a goal. That goal is a 5 hour ironman. 33 weeks to go….
Where am I fitness wise? Quite bad tbh. Running 6min per km and swimming 32-33min 1.9km and I haven’t been on the bike yet this year.
Diet starts today. It has to be extreme because apparently not only am I slow.. I have been fat shamed that I’m too fat. So let’s lose that with a water fast.
Ok.. I wanted 5km.. I did 3km. Where did that hill come from!!
